Country Inn Kennels is proudly owned and operated by Shirley’s Valley Grooming, Boarding & Daycare, and over the coming months, we’ll begin blending both names into one unified brand. This transition allows us to offer a more consistent experience across all services—grooming, daycare, and structured boarding—while keeping the heart of our care exactly the same.

Both businesses operate under the same ownership, the same philosophy, and the same focus on individualized, enrichment-based care. Moving to a single brand simply makes things clearer and easier for clients while reflecting the full scope of what we do.

A New Facility on the Horizon

As part of this transition, we’re preparing for an eventual move from our current Minden location to our new property in Stagecoach, NV.

This future facility is being designed with intention:

• Fewer kennels for a calmer environment

• More private, structured, one-on-one care

• A personalized experience tailored to each dog and cat

• Improved spaces for enrichment, grooming, and specialized services

Our goal is to create a quiet, low stress setting where every pet receives the time and attention they deserve.

Until that move occurs, we will continue operating in Minden just as we always have.
